I didn't know where else to post this...

My employer pays 750 kr a month for mobile phone service and they have a deal with NetCom. So I'm having my Chess service closed and the number switched to NetCom. They sent me a SIM card which goes active on Friday, 04 February. Today I ordered an iPhone 4 from apple.no and it won't arrive until 11 February :( But now I opened the SIM card package and it is a full size 3G SIM card. Can I use it in the iPhone 4? Do I have to contact NetCom and have a micro/mini SIM card sent?

surgical option

worse comes worst, you can surgically extract the SIM chip portion out of the SIM card and it becomes a de facto micro SIM card. Youtube it for detailed instructions... can be very useful if traveling in a foreign country and in need of a prepaid data option for your ipad/iphone.

Resolved

I explained my situation to the office manager on Monday and in less than 24 hours I had a new SIM card that will work on the iPhone 4. If only Apple would send me my new phone that fast!
